Before
e-mailing us, please read this first:
1) If you are having problems
using game fixes, trainers or making back-ups of your games read the Beginners
Help section first and you should find an answer.
2) If you don't know what an
.Ace or .Rar file is then go to the Beginners
Help page.
3) Read the Site
News first! That way you will find out if the site has any problems or
why files may not be able to be accessed etc.
4) If you are
e-mailing us for help please tell us exactly what the problem is. Include the files name, language, version and size, if you don't provide
this then we may not have enough information to help you. Be as specific
as possible so we can help you fast.
5) We DO
NOT support illegal games such as warez or any downloaded games, or any game
you don't have the right to own, if you send an email relating to any of
the above we will delete it. Buy the game and we will help you.
6) We DO
NOT provide information on game serials, keys or keygens or where to get them so
DO NOT request any,
we will delete your e-mail. If you want the game to run with a legitimate
CD Key, then buy the game!

Please check the Forums
before e-mailing us, chances are your question has already been
answered there, or you can post a new message there, click
here to go to the forums.
8) We receive
a lot of emails each day so please be patient for a response, we will get
back to you.
9) Do
not e-mail us for game support! We are not a game tech site, there
are plenty of sites that deal with support for games, if you are
having an issue with your game running, then contact the game developer
for help.
